2. In short

On ski-alpendorf.at itself we set no cookies, use no analytics or advertising tools and load no third-party fonts or maps. Personal data is only processed when you visit the site (technical server logs), book online (via Book2Ski) or contact us.

3. Visiting the website and server logs

When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, requested address, referrer, browser and operating system. This data keeps the website secure and stable and is deleted after a short time. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The hosting provider processes this data on our behalf.

4. Online booking via Book2Ski

For booking ski lessons and rental we embed the Book2Ski booking system. It is loaded from shop.ski-alpendorf.at and shown in its own frame on our site. When it loads, Book2Ski receives technically necessary data such as your IP address. When you book, we and Book2Ski process the information needed for the booking: name, contact details, participant details (e.g. age, skill level and, for rental, height, weight or shoe size) and payment details. The legal basis is the performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Book2Ski may set its own cookies inside the booking frame; see the Book2Ski privacy policy linked there.

5. Contact by email or phone

If you write to us or call us, we only use your details to answer your request and handle your booking (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We delete them once they are no longer needed and no statutory retention periods apply.

6. Links to other websites

Links to Google Maps, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TUI or our partners are plain links. Data is only transferred to the respective provider once you click such a link; their privacy policy then applies.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Just write to us at info@rot-weiss-rot.at. You can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
